3.2. If the carrier confirms delivery with proof and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with your local carrier.
3.3. We are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery location.

4.2. If you experience delays and wish to seek compensation, please contact the carrier directly. Scndnvia cannot provide compensation for shipping delays caused by external factors.

6. Customs Clearance & Fees
6.1. Customs authorities may require the declared value of your order on the package. Customs agents have the right to delay or deny delivery in rare cases.
6.2. If customs duties or taxes apply, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the package being returned to us, and you will be refunded the cost of the order minus any shipping fees incurred.

7.2. If you refuse to pay the additional fees, your package will be sent back to us, and we will issue a refund in the form of store credit minus any shipping fees.
