Scndnvia 7-Day Return Policy
At Scndnvia, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Changes or Cancellations
1.1. Orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled once placed, as fulfillment begins immediately. If an error occurs, you may request a return if eligible under our return policy (excluding sale items).
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2.2. All sale items and gift card purchases are not eligible for returns, or exchange.
Important: Please inspect your items for any damage before removing the tags. If tags are removed or tampered with, we will be unable to accept the return.
3. Initiation of the Return
3.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Access our Returns Portal online.
- Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Choose whether you'd like to Return, Exchange or receive Store Credit for each item.
- Select the shipping method you prefer and receive a QR code.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop off point.
4. Return Shipping
4.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4.2. Please be aware that returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.
5. Inspection and Approval
5.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval of your return.
5.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
5.3 Once approved a $5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Rejected Returns
6.1. If a return does not meet our policy (e.g., damaged, worn, or fails inspection), you may:

7. Refund Process
7.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
