Dispatching your order
Ready, set, create, ship. We curate our luxury timeless pieces to order and aim to dispatch all orders in 1-4 days, Monday to Friday EST. Allowing your orders to be delivered within 5-10 business days. Please note, during peak periods your order may not dispatch or be delivered within the specified timeframes due to a high volume of orders received. But hold tight, we promise we’re worth the wait. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of SCNDNVIA. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the carrier directly.
Courier
SCNDNVIA partners with DHL Express for all international parcel deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.
Shipping Costs
Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements of $250.
Shipping Timeframes
We’re eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services.
Duties & Taxes
US Orders: For all orders going to the US, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes. Orders over $800 USD will incur additional duties fees, which must be paid before delivery.
A heads up – if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to SCNDNVIA, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges.
Damaged and Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. SCNDNVIA is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.
SCNDNVIA is not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to SCNDNVIA, please reach out to info@scndnvia.com or the ‘Contact Us’ page to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 5 days of receiving your item if you are unsatisfied.
To be eligible for a return, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
REFunds
Please allow 3-9 business days for your returns to be processed. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
